What happens when a new restaurant signs up?
Every new registration starts on a 14-day full-access trial so the owner can set up menus, tables, staff, ordering, payments, expenses, and reports before choosing a paid plan.
What happens if the trial ends and the restaurant has not paid?
The account is downgraded automatically to the Free package. That keeps basic operation available while limiting premium modules until the restaurant subscribes.
Which package should a restaurant choose?
Free is for very small solo operators. Starter fits average restaurants with a few staff members. Premium is for busy restaurants, fast foods, and teams that rely on self-service ordering, heavier traffic, and fuller operations.
Does HOTELi support Kenyan payment methods?
HOTELi is being prepared for M-Pesa alongside online providers such as Paystack. Restaurant payment methods can be enabled and configured as provider credentials become available.
Can customers order without staff entering everything manually?
Yes. QR and customer-site ordering are part of the platform strategy for restaurants that want guests to browse, order, and reduce counter or waiter pressure.
